Owen Jones, born in 1984, is a British journalist, author and political activist, and one of the most recognisable voices on the British left. He writes a column for The Guardian, contributes to the New Statesman, Tribune and The National, and previously wrote for The Independent – a CV that maps the landscape of left-leaning British print media fairly comprehensively.
