Robert T. Kiyosaki, born in 1947, is an American businessman, entrepreneur and author whose name is welded to one franchise: the Rich Dad Poor Dad series of personal finance books. On the back of it he built the Rich Dad Company, selling personal finance and business education through books and video – a writer who turned a book into a fully fledged education business.
