Who is Sebastian Mallaby?

Sebastian Mallaby, born in 1964, is an English journalist and author who has spent his career where finance, economics and power meet. He is the Paul A. Volcker senior fellow for international economics at the Council on Foreign Relations and a contributing columnist at The Washington Post, where he earlier served as a columnist and editorial board member; before that he was a contributing editor for the Financial Times, and his writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and the Atlantic Monthly.
